Enrollment Management works with departments across campus to support prospective and current students and their families.

This support starts from the moment a student discovers Chapman and continues throughout the application process and, if they enroll, up to graduation.

Office of Admission

The Office of Admission supports potential and incoming undergraduate and graduate students, as well as their family members.

Admission works with the entire campus community to help students find the right-fit college and prepare for a great start at Chapman.

Office of Financial Aid

The Office of Financial Aid educates students on the financial resources available to them and connects them to scholarships, grants, and other aid to assist with educational costs.

International Student Services

International Student Services  at Chapman provides support to international students who are studying in the United States on an F-1 visa. This support includes:

• Advising to maintain your immigration status.
• Updating and processing of immigration documentation.
• Assistance in getting started at Chapman and living in the United States.

  

Office of the University Registrar

The Office of the University Registrar  is responsible for student registration, academic record-keeping, course scheduling, classroom management, student privacy protection, and academic policy assistance. 

The registrar supports student success by maintaining a high level of integrity through upholding academic policies and ensuring accuracy in the student information system.

 

Veteran Resource Center

The Veterans Resource Center  meets the unique needs of military-affiliated students.

The center provides admission resources, including support with the GI Bill®, specialized assistance for current students, and a supportive network for veterans transitioning into university life.
