Cigna Assistance

Current Cigna customers can reach Cigna OneGuide customer support 24/7 by calling 800-244-6224 or by using the live chat feature on myCigna.com. 

If you are not a Cigna customer but would like to know more about the Cigna plans offered through Chapman University and details on coverage, please reach out to the Pre-Enrollment Line at 800-564-7642.

Kaiser Assistance

Current Kaiser members can click to chat on kp.org or call 1-800-464-4000 to reach member assistance.

Non-members can also receive assistance specific to the Chapman University Kaiser medical plan by calling the same number (1-800-464-4000) and providing Chapman University’s Customer ID / Group Contract number 102313.

LIVE On-Campus Assistance

If you prefer to sit down to discuss your benefits options, Troy Bacon, Chapman Well-Being Coordinator and Cigna representative will be onsite for walk-in appointments throughout the Open Enrollment period.  He can discuss your medical, dental, and vision plans, as well as spending account options, and wellness resources. 

Troy will be available the following days and times at Demille Hall Room 140:

• Thursday, October 31st: 9AM-1PM and 2-5PM
• Monday, November 4th: 9AM-1PM and 2-5PM
• Tuesday, November 5th: 2-5PM
• Wednesday, November 6th: 9AM-1PM
