Biography
Cristina Fucaloro has been teaching composition both at Chapman and University of
Phoenix for 10 years. She has an undergraduate degree from UC Santa Cruz in Film and
Digital Media and a Master’s of Arts from Cal Poly, Pomona in Rhetoric/Composition,
World Literature, and Early American Literature. She also has a TESL (Teaching English
as a Second Language) Certificate in which she has taught ESL at Chaffey Community
College and English as a foreign language in China. Cristina has just accepted a position
to teach high school English through a partnership program with Chaffey Community
College. She is currently a doctoral student in education focusing on Curriculum and
Instruction at University of Phoenix.
