Biography

Lewis has served as a Lecturer at Chapman University since 2019. He earned his Ph.D. from the University of California, Riverside working under Indriði H. Indriðason, Shaun Bowler, and André Blais (University of Montréal). His dissertation focuses on party strategies and their effects on politics, with a focus on parties in Europe and Asia, as well as radical right parties across Western Europe. Additionally, his research has explored health disparities in the United States, including those pertaining to the recent COVID-19 pandemic, and the politics surrounding populist parties and candidates in the United States and Asia.
