A Chapman education stresses the value of global citizenship. That is why we offer
hundreds of study abroad courses and programs around the world.
As a student, you’ll have several options to gain international travel experiences.
Types of programs
1) Semester and academic year abroad
You can use your institutional aid for select programs, as well as federal and state
financial aid for all programs.
There are more than 90 programs (in all majors and minors) to choose from, and many
include language and cultural immersion, research, fieldwork or an internship.

Castles, hiking and six million sheep: Rosa details her experience studying abroad
at the University of Glasgow in Scotland on her blog.
These are single, 1-4 week courses offered over Interterm (Winter) or Summer Term.
They provide short, global experiences while getting closer to graduation.
Some of our most popular options include a course on Harry Potter in London and a course on Charles Darwin and the Galápagos Islands. The best part (next to the
traveling) is that tuition is waivedfor your first travel course!

phenomenon where it all began.
Chinese Culture and Society (Taipei, Taiwan):Immerse yourself in the culture and history of Taiwain's capital city.
