Health/Wellness
Health and wellness is a mixture of emotional, mental, physical, social, and spiritual well-being. CFC participants can earn Health/Wellness points through various activities such as:
- Meditation Sessions
- Student Psychological Counseling Services Workshops
- Nutrition, Sleep, and Personal Meditation Logs
- R.A.D. training

Fitness/Recreation
Exercise is a great way to relieve stress, increase your energy, boost your brainpower, and get fit! CFC participants are encouraged to try a variety of fitness and recreational activities in order to find the ones that work best for them. Participants can earn Fitness/Recreation points through activities such as:
- Student Union Fitness Sessions
- Residence Life Recreation Programs
- Intramural Teams
- Personal Workout Logs (Fitness Center workouts, swimming, hiking, volleyball, etc.)

Personal Challenge
CFC participants declare Personal Challenges (semester goals) to strive for throughout the semester.
Some Personal Challenge ideas:
- Living at a healthy weight.
- Participating in a race.
- Exercising a certain amount of times per week.
